Role Description Responsible for follow up to insurance companies and patients in order to obtain payments on services rendered. Estimated pay range for this position is $21.24 - $25.70 / hour depending on experience. • Provide coverage in short-term, surge and on demand situations resulting from the Military needs • Provide personal financial counseling and management services directly to service members and their families • Assist service members in establishing a spending plan for extended absences • Develop and make available informational financial materials to service members and families • Coordinate, publicize and provide a wide variety of Personal Financial Management classes/workshops • Respond to requests for age-appropriate classes or seminars • Possess the skills to effectively utilize virtual counseling or other electronic modes of communication • Manage duty to warn situations according to Department of Defense (DoD) protocol • Communicate with leadership and participate in regular individual and group supervision
