Role Description As the Department Manager for our Development Phase, you will oversee the talent, logistics, and digital infrastructure required to build our project’s narrative blueprint. You will serve as the organizational backbone for a global, remote team of writers, storyboard artists, editors, and voice talent. - Development Pipeline Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations and asset flow between the writer, storyboard team, editorial, and voice talent. - Global Talent Coordination: Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate remote table reads, storyboard pitches, and animatic reviews across multiple time zones. - Resource & Schedule Juggling: Actively manage the development schedule, ensuring script pages, story panels, and temporary audio tracks reach editors on time. - Virtual Culture & Morale: Build a supportive digital environment via Slack, Zoom, and Miro to keep isolated remote creators connected, aligned, and motivated. - Secure Asset Management: Collaborate with technical leads to ensure secure sharing of confidential scripts, audio stems, and visual assets across external networks. Qualifications - Animation Pre-Production Experience: Proven experience in a production management or coordination role specifically during the development, story, or animatic phases. - Adaptability & Organization: A self-motivated mindset comfortable with wearing multiple hats and building remote, highly organized, workflow structures. - Remote Tools Mastery: Proficient with collaborative remote software, including project trackers (e.g., ShotGrid/Flow), digital whiteboards (Miro), and/or Google Suite. - High Emotional Intelligence: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to gauge team morale, resolve creative bottlenecks, and manage talent empathetically.

• Leads, hires, develops, and manages security engineers through coaching, performance management, and career development • Develops and executes the team's security engineering roadmap, balancing risk reduction, operational effectiveness, and business objectives • Develops and maintains security engineering services and controls that align with business objectives and industry best practices • Recommends improvements to security policies, standards, and procedures that strengthen the organization's security posture, including encompassing and considering emerging risks such as AI adoption and use • Works closely with leadership, teams, and cross-functional business groups to establish alignment on the security roadmap, plan and vision • Uses business knowledge and contextual awareness to guide team technical decisions related to cloud security, application security, identity management, and emerging technologies • Leads risk assessments, threat modeling, incident response, and security investigations related to production systems, cloud infrastructure, and new product initiatives • Establishes and develops security vendor relationships to ensure effective and efficient supplier performance results • Partners with Security, Compliance, Engineering, and IT stakeholders to support security awareness initiatives and promote secure engineering practices • Partners with Compliance and Audit teams to support security controls, audit readiness, evidence collection, and remediation activities • Drives adoption of DevSecOps practices, security automation, vulnerability management, secure code review processes, and secure-by-default engineering patterns • Establishes operational metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of security controls, detection capabilities, and team performance

• Lead the team and independently manage assigned engineers in the US and Canada window. • Match people to engagements, assign work, coach and evaluate the team, and own delivery quality. • Lead sprint planning, run the review demo, and hand the finished work to production. • Be accountable for solution architecture quality and goals, resolving technical risks. • Build alongside engineers on hard projects, upholding and improving technical standards. • Manage stakeholder relationships and agree on success metrics before builds. • Present value cases to executive leadership and turn good builds into reusable tools.

• Lead and support the engineering staff to develop a high performing team • Support building operations through a highly integrated facilities management and engineering team to assure high infrastructure availability and client satisfaction • Develop and maintain a strategic plan for the engineering team, in support of JLL and client objectives, with a focus on innovation and best practices and create standard work for all engineering activities • Ensure consistent maintenance management practices across the account’s portfolio and ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicators in alignment with MSA • Manage the on account service center, security, data management and EHS managers and teams • Actively manage direct reports to ensure the account meets or exceeds all contractual KPI’s for engineering, service center, security, data management and EHS and the firm earns all incentive fees with those services. • Lead Strategy on Asset Management Program • Lead Strategy on Technical Maintenance Program • Identify risks to client facilities and eliminate downtime • Implementation and management of the computerized maintenance management systems in accordance with JLL and client expectations. • Responsible for the JLL Engineering Services JLL Client Assurance Program • Work with HSSE Director on compliance with and reporting of applicable environmental health and safety programs • Implement JLL's technical training programs based on needs gathered through skills assessments and safety requirements • Administer technical skills assessments and technical training program of facility engineering personnel • Ensure the account’s Sustainable Operations (Portfolio Energy & Sustainability Manager) develops and implement the contractual energy management program for the client account, including efficiency guidelines, energy audits, and internal/external benchmarking and when necessary, engage utility providers and manage utilities relationship • Gather and publish energy management best practices and innovations • Develop and implement standard processes for reporting energy, gas, water, and sewer consumption • Assist Strategic Sourcing in bidding, negotiations and administration of regional or national contracts for technical products or services
