• Design and execute customized, full cycle staffing plans from entry-level to executive-level, partnering closely with hiring managers and other recruiting team members. • Find and engage high quality, diverse and passive candidates through creative techniques. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key cross-functional stakeholders internally. • Effectively leverage technology (ATS) to recruit, screen, and schedule candidate interviews to consistently meet or exceed expectations. • Stays well informed of all market trends and competition.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, and hiring hard-to-find candidates and working in a high-volume environment.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and client service skills; excellent written and oral communication, and willingness to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully.
  • Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level executives as well as hiring managers and candidates.
  • 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience with a background in recruiting experience in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment.

Role Description We are seeking a results-driven Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter with experience recruiting healthcare professionals across Latin America (LATAM). This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
