Role Description OneDigital | Resourcing Edge is looking for a Sales Development Representative to grow & maintain our sales funnel by identifying ideal prospects, enriching and validating contact data, and advancing leads to qualified opportunities. The SDR will own CRM hygiene in Zoho CRM and run consistent outreach using phone, email, LinkedIn, and personal drops (where possible), helping ensure our outreach is targeted, accurate, and timely. Primary Outcomes (What Success Looks Like) - A steady stream of qualified prospects added to the pipeline each week - Clean, accurate Zoho CRM records (contacts, accounts, notes, statuses, tasks) - Consistent advancement of leads through their defined stages - Qualified appointments booked with the correct people Work Style & Expectations - Self-directed: you don’t wait to be told what’s next - you find the next best action - Process-oriented: you create repeatable systems and checklists - Metrics-driven: you care about volume, quality, and conversion - not just “busy work” - Confidential and professional: you’ll handle sensitive contact and pipeline data Key Responsibilities - Funnel-Fill & Prospecting Support - Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on our Ideal Client Profile (ICP) - Identify decision-makers (HR, Payroll, Operations leadership) and confirm they’re current - Research businesses and prioritize best-fit targets for outreach and in-person drops - Data Enrichment & Validation - Enrich accounts and contacts with missing fields (titles, emails, phone numbers, locations, employee count, etc.) - Validate data accuracy (correct addresses, correct office locations, company status, role confirmation) - Verify that the person we want to meet actually works in that office (not remote, not outdated) - Zoho CRM Ownership (Non-Negotiable) - Create/update leads, contacts, accounts, and deal records in Zoho CRM - Maintain clean pipeline stages, next steps, tasks, and follow-up dates - Log activities and ensure every lead has an owner, status, and next action - Campaign Execution (Zoho CRM/Campaigns) - Create, schedule, and send outbound campaigns (email sequences and/or light multi-touch) - Segment lists, manage suppression lists, and ensure compliance with best practices - Track performance metrics (open/reply rates, meeting conversions) and recommend adjustments - Coordinate follow-up workflows so no warm lead falls through the cracks - Qualified Appointment Setting - Book 30-minute initial meetings with prospects who have need and desire to learn more about Payroll Experts offerings - Send calendar invites and reminder cards (when applicable) - Complete secondary invite to sales rep with required prospect data - Ensure calendar alignment (may deal with multiple time zones), optimize drive time and appointment proximity for maximum efficiency Qualifications - 2+ years supporting sales teams, outbound prospecting, or CRM administration - Strong experience with Zoho CRM/Salesforce or competing CRM platform - Experience in B2B services/SaaS/HCM/payroll (helpful but not required) - Basic understanding of deliverability and list hygiene - Familiarity with mapping/routing tools (Google My Maps, Route planning apps, etc.) - Experience running outbound email campaigns Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Excellent verbal communication with ability to follow scripts while sounding friendly and open - Tenacious “hunter” mentality with strong resiliency and ability to overcome objections - Excellent research skills (LinkedIn, company websites, directories, etc.) - Strong attention to detail and comfort cleaning/standardizing data - Clear written communication and follow-through (tasks get closed, not “left open”) Benefits - Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. - Some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. - Eligible employees receive health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits. - Paid time off and overtime pay for non-exempt employees. - Robust learning and development programs. - Reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy. - Employee perks and discounts.

Role Description We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 12+ months of outbound B2B SaaS experience, ideally targeting finance, operations, or revenue leaders. You are energized by conversations, skilled at crafting tight messaging, and eager to help build a world-class outbound machine from the ground up. You’ll partner closely with our Account Executive team to generate pipeline, experiment with new outreach strategies, and introduce prospects to Kintsugi’s mission of modernizing tax automation for high-growth companies.
