• Own, maintain and scale our company operating model • Drive annual planning, quarterly and monthly financial forecasts, and ongoing analysis of performance to highlight trends, opportunities, and causes of unexpected variances • Partner with accounting to develop processes to deliver accurate and timely outputs for management reporting • Partner cross-functionally with senior leaders to develop financial models and provide strategic insights to help them achieve their goals • Prepare quarterly reporting materials for our board • Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and analysis

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or other relevant field
  • 2+ years of corporate FP&A experience, with additional 2+ years of investment banking, finance/accounting or consulting strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with accounting and corporate finance, particularly with regards to financial modeling
  • Highly analytical and organized, with an ability to prioritize multiple projects without compromising work quality
  • Experience with ERP and corporate financial planning tools
  • Experience with financial use cases for AI tools (Claude/OpenAI)
  • Advanced Office and Google application skills (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to partner at all levels.

Role Description The Director of Investment Accounting is responsible for leading the investment accounting, reporting (external, regulatory & client), and analysis of Enstar’s investment portfolio, as well as providing technical expertise related to investment transactions. Role Description We are seeking a motivated assistant to support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team within the Corporate Finance organization. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate finance, financial reporting, and analysis in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. The assistant will help with recurring reporting, statistical account development, and a variety of analytical and ad hoc projects—the majority of which are Excel-based.
