Manager, Procurement & Logistics

Role Description The Manager, Procurement Support & Logistics provides critical execution support to the procurement organization, with a focus on bid process support, document and data room preparation, agreement execution assistance, and logistics coordination for owner-provided equipment. This role works closely with procurement leads, EPC contractors, equipment manufacturers, logistics providers, and internal project teams to ensure equipment is procured, documented, and delivered in alignment with project schedules and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities - Support competitive procurement processes, including: - Preparation of RFPs, bid instructions, and commercial exhibits - Organization and management of virtual data rooms - Coordination of bidder Q&A and addenda - Assist procurement leads during contract negotiations by managing drafts, issue logs, redlines, and internal review workflows. - Coordinate execution logistics for owner-provided equipment across solar, wind, and storage projects, including the drafting and administration of change orders. - Work closely with EPC contractors to align delivery schedules, site readiness, and interface requirements. - Coordinate with OEMs and logistics providers on manufacturing schedules, shipping plans, customs documentation, and delivery milestones. - Track equipment delivery status and proactively communicate risks related to schedule, damage, storage, or interface delays. - Support the drafting of management presentations and reports. - Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to track key tax documentation. - Perform due diligence on & facilitate NDAs with new suppliers. - Complete purchase requisitions, including SOX compliance documentation. - Maintain procurement trackers, delivery status dashboards, and contract documentation repositories. - Support continuous improvement of procurement processes, templates, and execution playbooks. Qualifications - Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline. - 4–7 years of experience in procurement support, supply chain, logistics, project coordination, or contract administration. - Familiarity with large capital equipment logistics and construction project delivery environments preferred. - Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines across concurrent projects. - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with EPCs, OEMs, and internal stakeholders. - Experience with document management systems, procurement trackers, and project collaboration tools. Requirements - Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000; bonus eligible.
