• Produce Market Dominance: Utilize your 7+ years of experience to target and secure high-volume reefer and produce accounts throughout Central and Northern California. • Specialized Commodity Management: Drive growth across our core refrigerated and dry commodity lines, including strawberries, pistachios, broccoli, dried fruit, and nuts. • High-Value Vertical Growth: Expand our reach into temperature-controlled specialty items such as wine, cherries, beer, chocolate, meats, and cut flowers. • Territory Expansion: Strategically manage and grow shipments from a wide geographical range, from Ukiah to Needles, CA, ensuring ALC is the first call for California shippers. • Innovation-Led Sales: Implement Silicon Valley-style innovation into your sales approach, using modern technology and data to benefit the customer’s bottom line. • Collaborative Leadership: Work directly with our San Mateo crew to accelerate branch success and build long-term, multi-million-dollar partnerships.
• Contact new customers and draw on your unique skills, abilities and competencies to secure sales. • Develop systems and processes for effective prospect identification, qualification and management. • Sell and Close New shippers. • Build a book of business. • Carry out strategies through prospect contact, proposal development and presentation, effective follow-up and account management. • Work with the transportation brokers to maximize the volume of loads from new customers through ongoing sales meetings and strategy sessions. • Uphold the company standard following the company principles of Customer, Company, Office.
