• Make fundamental contributions to the development and expansion of the Anthropic Economic Index, including quarterly reports and industry-specific deep dives • Design and conduct empirical research on AI's economic effects, drawing on external data sources and the privacy-preserving measurement systems internally • Develop new methodological approaches for studying AI's impact on: • Labor markets and the future of work • Productivity and task transformation • Economic inequality and displacement • Industry-specific disruption and adaptation • Aggregate economic trajectories (GDP, productivity, unemployment) under varying AI-adoption scenarios • Develop causal-inference tooling — e.g. surrogate indexes, heterogeneous-effect pipelines — to help Anthropic evaluate the downstream economic consequences of its own compute, product, and pricing decisions • Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, policy think tanks, and other research partners • Work cross-functionally with other technical teams to improve our measurement infrastructure and data collection • Translate research insights into actionable recommendations for both product decisions and policy discussions • Amplify external engagement through research publications, policy briefs, and presentations to diverse stakeholders

• Receive, triage, and independently review escalated clinical clearance requests submitted by the CAT/CAA team • Apply nursing clinical judgment to determine admission appropriateness for complex ED and SUD presentations • Review and interpret ED medical clearance labs (electrolytes, CBC, prealbumin, phosphorous, liver function) and integrate findings into clearance determinations • Evaluate EKG findings relevant to ED presentations — bradycardia, QTc prolongation, ST/T wave changes — in context of nutritional and electrolyte status • Assess orthostatic vital signs and recognize hemodynamic instability • Issue timely clearance outcomes (clear for admission or refer out for HLOC) and communicate directly to CATs • Serve as clinical liaison between the CAT team and medical leadership; prepare organized case summaries for physician-level escalations • Track and follow up on pending lab results; coordinate with clients and providers to eliminate admission delays • Maintain the clinical clearance queue in Salesforce; ensure all 'Admission Pending — Clinical Clearance' cases are reviewed promptly • Coordinate MAT-related clearances per state/insurance eligibility criteria; escalate to medical leadership as needed • Identify process gaps and recommend updates to decision trees, templates, and SOPs • Contribute to CAT team training on clinical clearance expectations and escalation criteria

• Help define go-to-market strategy and positioning • Bring domain expertise from the martech or competitive intelligence space • Engage with customers and prospects to validate and refine our approach • Contribute to product direction based on market knowledge • Represent IndustryLens with partners, at events, and in the market • Help build the team as we scale

• Serve as the first point-of-contact for team members needing assistance with their day-to-day claim follow-up and questions • Provide continuous education and mentorship to peers • Share expertise, best practices, and strategies for effective collection and claim follow up • Ensure accurate documentation of collection activities • Assist team members with proper record-keeping practices and ensuring collection processes are followed as outlined in the organization's SOP. Help team members set and achieve their individual performance goals • Collaborate with insurance providers to monitor outstanding claim status and navigate resolution steps • Investigate outstanding A/R accounts, determine the cause of the delinquency, and collect payments • Submit and re-submit claims and conduct follow-up calls ensuring thorough documentation • Review all documentation the client provides and identify discrepancies • Contribute to the preparation and the assignment of collection work queues • Perform daily QA reviews on AR Specialists quantity and quality of work on their assigned accounts • Identify trends and conduct root cause analyses on unpaid and underpaid claims • Create monthly reports using Excel that outline insurance denial trends and share with internal management • Achieve performance goals or objectives (individual or departmental) as established by the Manager • Maintain HIPAA and compliance standards to preserve patient confidentiality • Other tasks as needed and assigned
