Role Description We're building the next generation of competitive intelligence for B2B SaaS companies. While most CI tools dump overwhelming data on users, we're creating connected storylines that predict competitor moves and deliver actionable strategic insights. Tasks - Product Discovery & Strategy - Conduct deep customer discovery to validate/refine our ICP and value proposition - Transform our categorization framework from "urgency + impact" to "connected storylines over time" - Design the product experience that makes competitive intelligence feel like having a strategic analyst on your team - Define and measure product-market fit metrics - AI/Data Product Development - Evolve our single-prompt AI analysis into multi-stage reasoning that connects data points across time - Design pattern recognition features that surface "what this means" not just "what happened" - Work with our tech co-founder to improve insight quality through better prompting and data models - Build feedback loops that make our AI smarter over time - Go-to-Market & Revenue - Develop product-led growth strategies to convert trial users to paying customers - Create in-product experiences that demonstrate value within first 24 hours - Help articulate positioning against both manual research and traditional CI tools Qualifications - 3-5 years B2B SaaS product management experience - preferably at early-stage companies (seed to Series A) - Data product background - you understand how users consume insights, analytics, or intelligence tools - Customer discovery obsession - you've personally conducted 50+ customer interviews and can quickly identify problem-solution fit - Comfortable with AI products - understand LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, and how to build products that get smarter over time - Builder mentality - you can move fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and iterate based on feedback Benefits - 15-25% equity (based on experience and time commitment) - 4-year vesting with 1-year cliff - Potential for salary once we reach revenue milestones - Equal co-founder decision-making authority on product direction Working Style - Part-time acceptable initially (20-30 hrs/week) with path to full-time - Remote-friendly (European time zones preferred) - Collaborative culture with tech + commercial co-founders Stage & Funding - Pre-revenue, post-MVP - Bootstrapped currently; potential fundraising path after early revenues - Small group of test users providing feedback
