• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports firmwide revenue goals of $1.5M per month ($18M annually). • Oversee a team of 5–8 marketing professionals, fostering an accountable, collaborative, and innovative culture. • Partner with the CEO, Sales, and Operations leadership to align marketing investments with firmwide business objectives. • Manage and optimize an annual marketing budget of $3–4 million, ensuring ROI and cost-effectiveness across channels. • Lead full-funnel performance tracking and analytics to connect marketing KPIs directly to revenue outcomes. • Design and oversee multi-channel campaigns that generate 4,000–6,000 qualified leads per month. • Strengthen the firm’s brand identity and storytelling to position it as the trusted leader in humanitarian immigration law.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing, with 3–5 years at a director or senior leadership level.
- Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and achieving measurable growth.
- Demonstrated success in demand generation and brand development within a growth-oriented, professional services, or legal setting.
- Strong analytical mindset; able to translate marketing data into actionable business insights.
- Skilled at building and scaling teams, with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
