• Act as a strategic partner to area leaders such as People, Finance, Legal & Regulatory, Operations and Revenue, supporting people and business decisions • Anticipate leaders' needs, diagnose organizational requirements and propose consistent people-management solutions • Lead performance management cycles, including calibration, individual development plans (IDPs) and monitoring structured feedback • Support managers in decisions related to internal mobility, promotions and compensation strategies • Plan and monitor annual workforce planning, ensuring alignment between business strategy and organizational capacity • Analyze HR and business indicators and metrics (turnover, eNPS, performance), providing data-driven input for decisions • Foster leadership development and maturity, supporting leaders in conducting difficult conversations and sensitive decisions • Collaborate with People specialist areas such as Compensation, Talent and Organizational Development (OD), ensuring integration of HR solutions • Support diagnostic and engagement initiatives, interpreting engagement surveys and coordinating action plans for continuous improvement • Promote the organizational culture and company values, ensuring consistency between management practices and the company’s purpose.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management or related fields
- Strong experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) (minimum 4 years) or as an HR generalist with direct interface with leadership
- Comprehensive knowledge of performance management, compensation, labor legislation and leadership development
- Experience interpreting and analyzing HR and business metrics, with the ability to drive data-based decisions
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across different organizational levels
- Strategic thinking and systemic approach, with a high level of autonomy and business acumen.
