Director of Affiliates

• Own the affiliate budget and investment strategy. • Develop and execute the affiliate acquisition and growth strategy for a new market launch, focusing on quality traffic and long-term ROI. • Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with key affiliates and media partners. • Negotiate competitive commercial agreements and commission structures to maximise profitability. • Monitor, analyse, and optimize affiliate performance against KPIs including FTDs, eCPA, and LTV. • Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, CRM, content, design) to deliver affiliates the creative assets, insights, and campaigns they need to succeed. • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the iGaming space. • Develop forecasting models for acquisition, CPA, revenue share, and player value. • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to drive data-led decision making. • Analyse traffic quality, player cohorts, retention trends, and LTV across affiliate partners. • Make commercial recommendations based on performance data and market opportunities. • Establish KPI frameworks for affiliate performance and partner profitability.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in affiliate management within iGaming, with proven success in the online casino vertical.
  • Established network of affiliates and media partners across regulated, emerging, and pre-regulated markets.
  • In-depth understanding of affiliate KPIs, commercial deal structures, and performance optimisation.
  • Experience launching, scaling, and optimising affiliate programmes across emerging and newly regulated markets.
  • Strong understanding of market-entry strategies, player acquisition economics, and traffic diversification across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to combine performance data, player value metrics, and market insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial approach, self-starter mentality, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience working closely with BI and CRM teams to evaluate traffic quality and long-term player value.
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities in markets with varying levels of regulatory maturity.
  • Extensive experience negotiating and managing commercial agreements with a broad range of affiliate and media partners.
