Infrastructure Architect
Epistemix
• Design and execute the technical strategy for integrating the Epistemix platform into client environments. • Leverage Terraform, Kubernetes and Docker across client environments, ensuring security and repeatability with a primary focus on AWS and data connections like Snowflake and Databricks. • Interface with client IT organization to understand infrastructure environment and provide architectural guidance during implementation. • Ensure all client-side integration and deployment methods are designed to meet rigorous standards, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001, HIPAA. • Work with client IT organizations to set deployments in complex settings, including public cloud (AWS/GCP), private cloud, and traditional on-premises/dedicated application environments. • Develop and use custom automation tooling (Python is a must) to streamline deployment processes, integrating with client-side identity and access management (e.g., OAuth2/OIDC).
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience, 3+ years of architectural implementation experience
- Hands on and expert level experience in:
- Python, Fast API and/or Django
- Terraform. Additional knowledge of Kubernetes, and Docker highly preferred.
- AWS infrastructure. General architectural mastery of another major cloud provider (GCP) is highly valued.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or Public Health
- Demonstrated experience managing or contributing to organizational compliance programs, specifically the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to HIPAA (HITECH Act) privacy/security rules and achieving SOC 2 attestation
- Experience with data warehouse integrations with Snowflake, Databricks or other data warehouse platforms.
- Experience managing and supporting deployments in environments beyond public cloud (e.g., on-premise, private cloud, or dedicated client application environments).

Role Description Au sein de la section processus, outils et méthodes des achats (SPOMA) du BSGPA, le titulaire du poste sera amené à : - Capitaliser et maintenir la compétence du SID en termes d’achat responsables par notamment l’élaboration d’outils méthodologiques et d’une expertise juridique au profit du réseau. - Assister le chef de section auprès des interlocuteurs du MinArm et extérieurs sur les sujets de l’achat responsable. - Assurer la diffusion et l’actualisation de l’information dans le domaine des achats responsables. - Déterminer le plan d’action achats responsables pour le SID, avec des échéances, des actions concrètes et des indicateurs de suivi. - Former les acteurs de la chaîne achat à l’achat responsable. - Participer aux groupes de travaux ministériels et interministériels dans le domaine des achats responsables. - Capitaliser et maintenir la compétence du SID en termes d’innovation par, notamment, l’élaboration d’outils méthodologiques et d’une expertise juridique au profit du réseau. - Capitaliser et maintenir la compétence du SID sur la politique ministérielle en faveur des PME. - Développer l’ensemble des sujets relatifs aux achats responsables, PME et innovation auprès des SID-R, SID-EPN et DID, en réalisant une stratégie de communication et un accompagnement adapté des différents acteurs. Qualifications - Titulaire d’un Bac+5, Master en droit de la construction, droit public des affaires ou droit de l’environnement. - Maîtrise de la réglementation de la commande publique, notamment en matière de marchés publics de travaux. - Intérêt particulier aux enjeux d’achat responsable. - Fort intérêt pour la déclinaison des politiques publiques. - Justification d’au moins trois ans d’expérience dans ce domaine.
