• Set the technical vision and long-term architectural direction for our frontend platform across web (React) and mobile (React Native) • Design, build, and evolve shared foundations — design system, component libraries, state management patterns, routing, build tooling (Vite), and testing frameworks • Drive developer experience improvements: CI/CD pipelines, linting, type safety, code generation, MR/PR workflows, and metrics that surface platform health • Own and advance accessibility (WCAG) and internationalization/RTL standards across the frontend ecosystem • Partner with backend engineers to design and evolve GraphQL APIs powered by Python services (Django, Flask), and contribute backend changes when needed to unblock platform work • Engineer efficient and reusable systems that drive complex web and mobile applications • Maintain HIPAA and GDPR compliance and general security through best-practice implementation • Lead ambiguous, large, or cross-team initiatives — collaborating closely with design, product, and engineering partners to deliver delightful and consistent user experiences • Write and maintain technical documentation, unit tests, and integration tests • Be a thought leader in strategic engineering and tech initiatives, and lead/contribute to cross-team engineering forums • Mentor frontend and full-stack engineers to scale your impact across the engineering department • Provide compassionate and impactful reviews of technical project plans and code

• Support the daily administration, upkeep, and security of the organization’s low‑code applications, automated workflows, customer relationship management systems, and data platforms. • Assist in maintaining structured environment strategies that ensure proper data separation, controlled solution deployments, and consistent lifecycle management. • Lead the administration and governance of Copilot Studio, including environment configuration, capacity and licensing oversight, and implementation of security and compliance controls for intelligent agents. • Apply standard connector governance and data protection policies to prevent unauthorized data movement across integrated systems. • Participate in solution movement across development, testing, and production environments as part of the application lifecycle management process. • Monitor storage usage, artificial intelligence resource consumption, and message activity within the artificial intelligence development studio. • Conduct routine audits to identify unmanaged or non‑compliant solutions and generate basic usage and health analytics to support platform oversight.

• Administer Adobe Creative Cloud licensing, product profiles, user provisioning, entitlement management, and Adobe Admin Console configuration. • Provide day-to-day support for Adobe Creative Cloud applications and services, including installation, sign-in, sync, and application troubleshooting. • Support Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform administration needs, including access requests, environment support, approved use guidance, and issue triage. • Partner with security and compliance teams to enforce governance for Creative Cloud, Copilot, Power Platform, generative AI features, and content protection requirements. • Support application deployment, packaging, updates, and identity integration across managed devices and enterprise platforms. • Monitor service health, license usage, support trends, and operational issues to improve reliability, cost efficiency, and user experience. • Develop runbooks, knowledge articles, and support documentation for administration, troubleshooting, and governance processes. • Enable users through training, office hours, and best-practice guidance across Adobe Creative Cloud, Copilot, and Power Platform solutions.
