• Advise and support our clients on all matters of occupational safety and health • Conduct risk assessments and regular safety inspections • Develop practical and sustainable measures to prevent workplace accidents and support their implementation • Deliver training and instruction for employees • Participate in internal projects and management systems in the field of occupational safety • Continuously monitor changes in legislation to integrate them into practical measures
Job Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training or degree
- Additional qualification as an Occupational Safety Specialist in accordance with § 7 ASiG
- Several years' experience in a technical environment, ideally with a focus on occupational safety
- Solid knowledge of occupational safety legislation, risk assessments and safety-related inspections
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of English
- Willingness to travel and a valid Class B driving licence
- Self-motivated and responsible working style
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiasm for raising awareness of safety topics among clients and their employees
- Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset

• Serve as the primary point of contact for transcribers via Email and Slack, managing questions, issues, and routine communications • Own onboarding for new transcription Independent Contractor's: coordinating paperwork, training access, and first-week check-ins • Conduct QA reviews on transcription deliverables, flagging issues and routing feedback to appropriate owners • Maintain communication logs and ensure follow-through on open items • Support the Transcription Marketplace Strategy Team with operational tasks to clear bandwidth for strategic priorities • Contribute to process documentation as workflows are refined
• Be the primary ambassador for Espresso in your country • Managing local channels, such as local TG and X channels • Establish and grow the local Espresso community of builders and supporters • Identify local app, distribution, and partnership opportunities • Help organize meetups to bolster the local Espresso community • Share market intel, community, and product feedback with the Espresso team • Ensure adherence of your community to Espresso’s norms, culture, and community guidelines • Cultivate and spread a deep understanding of Espresso’s tech and community
