• As a Working Student (m/f/d), you will support our marketing team across various areas and work on exciting projects related to content, campaigns, automation and AI applications. • Create content for the website, blog, newsletter and social media • Design marketing materials and presentations • Support campaign execution and lead generation • Use and further develop AI-powered CRM and marketing automation processes • Website and AEO/SEO optimization • Support events, webinars and internal communications

• You will handle a wide range of legal mandates and play an active role in shaping how we apply and further develop technology-supported processes and tools in everyday advisory work. • Client-facing advisory: You will be the primary contact for our clients on all matters relevant to corporate law – with a focus on contract, commercial and corporate law. • Contract drafting & review: You will negotiate, draft and review contracts, including in complex international constellations. • Dispute resolution: You will represent our clients in court and in out-of-court disputes – pragmatic and assertive. • Rethinking processes: You will audit clients’ legal workflows and realize efficiency potentials through standardization and digitalization. • Legal Tech in practice: You will use our Legal Tech tools, provide feedback to our tech team and help shape their further development. • Client relationships: You will build and expand long-term mandates and become a trusted sparring partner for your client contacts.

• Provide legal advice on data protection law • Provide advice in the area of compliance • Review matters for compliance and data protection requirements • Possibly assume the role of external Data Protection Officer • Represent our clients in judicial and extrajudicial disputes • Conduct data protection audits using our legal-tech tools • Project management in the compliance and data protection area • Maintain and expand client relationships • Conduct training sessions • Serve as the point of contact for the relevant supervisory authorities

• Advise on business law topics such as general civil law, contract law, employment law and corporate law • Draft and review contracts • Represent our clients in litigation and out-of-court disputes • Audit and optimize clients' internal legal processes, e.g. through standardization and digitization of their processes • Use our Legal Tech tools • Maintain and expand client relationships • Conduct training sessions • Communicate with the relevant supervisory authorities
