• Work on the development and maintenance of AI solutions and cognitive platforms; • Support business areas with predictive, data-driven analyses; • Develop Machine Learning and Deep Learning models; • Work with large volumes of data (Big Data); • Build and enhance expert systems, chatbots and cognitive engines; • Apply data mining and text mining techniques; • Participate in data modeling and data architecture; • Implement supervised, unsupervised and reinforcement learning algorithms; • Work on initiatives involving IoT, automation and intelligent solutions; • Contribute to innovation, continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for transcribers via Email and Slack, managing questions, issues, and routine communications • Own onboarding for new transcription Independent Contractor's: coordinating paperwork, training access, and first-week check-ins • Conduct QA reviews on transcription deliverables, flagging issues and routing feedback to appropriate owners • Maintain communication logs and ensure follow-through on open items • Support the Transcription Marketplace Strategy Team with operational tasks to clear bandwidth for strategic priorities • Contribute to process documentation as workflows are refined

• Be the primary ambassador for Espresso in your country • Managing local channels, such as local TG and X channels • Establish and grow the local Espresso community of builders and supporters • Identify local app, distribution, and partnership opportunities • Help organize meetups to bolster the local Espresso community • Share market intel, community, and product feedback with the Espresso team • Ensure adherence of your community to Espresso’s norms, culture, and community guidelines • Cultivate and spread a deep understanding of Espresso’s tech and community

• Responsible for jointly identifying opportunities for automation of activities and operational processes • Perform governance and curation of implemented automations • Provide technical leadership, standards, and best-practice knowledge for the IT infrastructure automation discipline • Implement and support major automation solutions in a multi-platform environment • Define automation solutions that meet stakeholders' needs • Coordinate and develop Quality Assurance tests to determine the effectiveness of automated processes • Coordinate vendors to resolve system issues and drive future development • Map automation and correlation opportunities across the end-to-end (E2E) incident and complaint handling chain • Work with automation in troubleshooting, automatic opening and closing of tickets, and alarm correlation • Perform calculations to estimate gains and operational efficiency • Analyze data to anticipate solutions and create statistical indicators • Work with Artificial Intelligence and Cognition; perform Watson training • Specify requirements and interface with OSM teams to instrument solutions
