• Trainer: You deliver standardized training courses and tailored workshops for DBAs and developers—remotely or on-site. • Topics include deep-dive administration, performance tuning, high-availability (HA) solutions, and architecture. • Content Creation: You develop and maintain high-quality training materials (slides, handouts, background documents, and blog posts). • You explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way. • Lab Engineering: You design and build practical lab environments. Whether using Docker, VMs, or cloud platforms—you ensure participants can apply what they’ve learned immediately. • Expertise Transfer: You stay at the cutting edge of the technology landscape, test new major releases and features early, and integrate them into the curriculum.
Job Requirements
- Senior PostgreSQL DBA: Several years of experience in administration, tuning, and integration.
- Didactics & Passion: You can structure technical topics clearly and enjoy sharing knowledge.
- Linux & Automation: You are proficient with the shell and automate lab environments (e.g., using Ansible or scripting).
- Languages: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken). Confident in delivering technical courses in both languages.
- Willingness to Travel: You value the flexibility of a home office but are willing to travel across Europe for on-site training.
