• Maintain program level ledgers of an accounting system • Balance and reconcile accounts to ensure all program systems reconcile to funding amounts • Create and review invoices and statements verifying information and ensuring sufficient funds have been obligated • Resolve issues with program staff determining funding involved • Process entries into the accounting system on a daily basis • Analyze and reconcile job cost reports with operating reports • Communicate with vendors as needed • Match invoices to checks • Obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly • Support Accounting with 1099 maintenance • Assist in the review and posting of expense reports

• Advise and support our clients on all matters of occupational safety and health • Conduct risk assessments and regular safety inspections • Develop practical and sustainable measures to prevent workplace accidents and support their implementation • Deliver training and instruction for employees • Participate in internal projects and management systems in the field of occupational safety • Continuously monitor changes in legislation to integrate them into practical measures

• Travel to various customer sites in the US and Canada to complete the installation of various types of Safe Fleet equipment • Setup verify new units ensuring they come online, as well as final commission and testing so waste truck is ‘Ready for Dispatch’ • Troubleshoot system and components, effect repairs and/or replacements due to components being defective or damaged, including re-programming or re-imaging existing equipment • Customer and technician training.
