• Conduct deep market analysis on the India FX/CFD landscape, including client segments, trading behavior, deposit and withdrawal expectations, trust barriers, retention patterns, and growth potential. • Build a clear view of the competitive landscape, including how offshore brokers position themselves, acquire clients, use IB and affiliate networks, localize their offering, and convert market demand into revenue. • Monitor changes in the legal and operating environment affecting India, including restrictions around resident participation in offshore leveraged forex and CFD activity, and translate these into practical business implications. • Identify why certain competitors are succeeding in India, including advantages in product, pricing, payment experience, speed, partner networks, local relevance, service model, or execution quality. • Evaluate gaps in the company’s current India approach and recommend realistic improvements across go-to-market strategy, channel mix, partner model, customer journey, and local operating support. • Provide structured, commercially useful recommendations to leadership on whether India should be prioritized, how the market should be approached, and what level of HQ versus local ownership is needed. • Work closely with regional and HQ stakeholders to convert market insight into action plans, operating priorities, and better alignment across teams. • Support the development of practical frameworks, playbooks, and SOPs that improve decision-making and execution for the India market.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive professional experience, with at least 3 years relevant experience in the Indian market within a CFD broker or closely related trading/financial services business.
- Strong working knowledge of the India market, including client behavior, competitor strategies, IB and affiliate ecosystems, acquisition channels, and local commercial realities.
- Strong understanding of the legal and practical constraints surrounding FX/CFD activity in India, especially the distinction between permitted exchange-traded activity and offshore leveraged offerings targeted at residents.
- Proven ability to turn ambiguous market questions into structured analysis, sharp insights, and practical recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and influence market decisions with evidence.
- Experience working across local and HQ teams in a matrix environment is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience inside a CFD broker, multi-asset broker, fintech trading business, or a market intelligence / strategy role covering India is highly preferred.

Role Description The Nurse Practitioner is a key clinical provider within our Women’s Metabolic Health program, delivering comprehensive, specialized care to women across the lifespan. This role focuses on the interconnected dimensions of metabolic, mechanical, and mental health, providing evidence-based, patient-centered care that empowers women to achieve sustainable wellness. • Independently evaluate RFP packages to determine project scope, commercial requirements, risk, and constructability. • Prepare detailed, multi-discipline EPC cost estimates for renewable, distribution, substation, generation, and industrial electrical projects. • Lead the development of full proposal packages, including: • Execution plans • Cost breakdowns and assumptions • Project schedules using MS Project or Primavera • Risk registers and mitigation strategies • Optional pricing and alternate methodologies • Environmental, Safety, Quality, and ITP Plans • Executive summaries • Coordinate and conduct site visits to inform constructability reviews and field-level data gathering. • Review technical documents (e.g., drawings, DBMs, specs) and identify scope gaps or conflicts. • Engage and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to secure and validate pricing inputs. • Maintain a record of all estimate basis throughout the development of a proposal. • Lead internal estimate reviews and provide detailed justifications and breakdowns to internal stakeholders. • Conduct final bid submission reviews with the appropriate internal signing authorities. • Participate in strategy development for complex proposals, including alternative methods, value engineering options, and cost-saving opportunities. • Provide peer reviews and mentor junior estimating staff through task collaboration and technical feedback. • Assist in the continuous improvement of estimating tools, templates, and standard practices. • Conduct formal estimate hand-off meetings with the Project Management team after contract award. • Assist with the preparation and submission of change orders and scope adjustments. • Participate in project close-out and post-mortem reviews to support continuous improvement. • Attend regular estimating team meetings to share updates, challenges, and lessons learned. • Submit accurate and timely administrative documentation, including daily timesheets. • Contribute to the maintenance of historical cost data and continuous improvement initiatives within the estimating team.
