Recruitment Associate
Boogieteam
Role Description Boogie Team is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate to support our hiring process for international client roles. In this role, you will help source candidates, post job openings, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and keep our recruitment system organized. This is a great fit for someone who is tech-savvy, easy to train, comfortable communicating with applicants, and interested in growing in recruitment and remote staffing. - Post job openings across Facebook groups, job boards, and other sourcing channels. - Source and screen candidates based on role requirements, communication skills, and overall fit. - Contact applicants, manage follow-ups, and coordinate interview schedules. - Review resumes, applications, and candidate profiles for accuracy and relevance. - Update candidate records, notes, and pipeline stages in Manatal. - Prepare simple candidate summaries and recruitment updates. - Support the Recruitment Manager with daily hiring tasks and recruitment coordination. Qualifications - Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, virtual assistance, customer service, or administrative support. - Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Comfortable using Manatal or similar recruitment/CRM tools. - Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions carefully. - Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment. Requirements - Experience with Facebook recruitment, LinkedIn sourcing, or online job posting. - Familiarity with hiring for remote roles such as virtual assistants, admin support, sales, marketing, or customer service. - Basic experience writing candidate notes, summaries, or screening feedback. - Previous experience in a staffing agency, recruitment firm, or remote staffing company is a plus.

Recruiting Coordinator – Contract
