Role Description The Head of Talent Acquisition serves as the central point of coordination between clients, recruiters, and administrative staff for every open job order. This role owns the full lifecycle of a job requisition from the moment it enters the CRM through to successful placement. - Translates client needs into clear, actionable search criteria. - Keeps recruiters focused on the right candidates. - Ensures admins are screening applicants accurately. - The ideal candidate is highly communicative, detail-oriented, and comfortable acting as the "translator" between what a client says they want and what the recruiting team needs to execute on. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, account management, or a client-facing coordination role. - Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking directly with clients. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously without losing track of details. - Experience working inside a CRM or applicant tracking system (ATS). - Strong active-listening skills — able to extract real requirements from a client who may not articulate them clearly. - Highly organized, with the judgment to know when to push for speed versus when to slow down for accuracy. Requirements - Monitor the CRM continuously for new open job postings. - Reach out to the client promptly after a job is posted to confirm or clarify role requirements. - Translate client requirements into a clear, accurate brief for recruiters. - Work with admin staff to ensure applicants are being filtered and vetted correctly. - Track every open job's status and proactively push stalled jobs forward. - Identify when a job isn't filling due to unclear requirements or unrealistic client expectations. - Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM on every open job's status.
