Role Description The Director of Business Development - Skilled Nursing role leads business development efforts for PharMerica Skilled Nursing by driving customer acquisition strategies in the Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing market and advancing growth within this segment. Working under the Vice President, the position partners with cross‑functional teams to roll-out growth initiatives, execute sales plans, and support the organization’s broader revenue objectives.
