Job Description

NetSuite Administrator

Uniguest

• Administer, maintain, & optimize the NetSuite ERP platform • Partner closely with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions • Configure and customize NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, dashboards, saved searches, reports, and roles/permissions • Design, develop, and implement system enhancements to improve Finance processes, controls, reporting, and operational efficiency • Evaluate business requirements and recommend scalable NetSuite configurations and best practices • Create and maintain custom fields, records, scripts, workflows, and integrations as needed • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes • Develop and maintain financial and operational reports, KPIs, and dashboards • Manage user access, security roles, and system governance • Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions • Coordinate testing, deployment, and documentation of system changes and enhancements • Work with third-party vendors and consultants when required • Maintain data integrity and support audit, compliance, and internal control requirements • Stay current on NetSuite releases and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new functionality

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience
  • Advanced knowledge of NetSuite ERP configuration and administration
  • Hands-on experience administering and supporting NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), including revenue arrangements, revenue recognition rules, and reporting required
  • Working knowledge of SuiteScript development, including the ability to create and modify scripts, workflows, and customizations
  • Experience with third-party integrations and iPaaS platforms, especially Workato
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and NetSuite-Salesforce integrations
  • Experience with Salesforce billing and integrating SF Billing into NetSuite, Tableau/Snowflake reporting a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to modify and enhance NetSuite to meet Finance and Accounting business requirements
  • Strong experience with: SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, Financial Reporting, Dashboards and KPIs, Roles and Permissions, SuiteAnalytics, CSV Imports and Data Management
  • Experience supporting core Finance functions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Close
  • Ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and independently deliver solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
