• Monitor the progress of projects together with managers, execution teams and other stakeholders; • Participate in the development of work and development plans related to Health management; • Track and control management actions and outstanding items by updating/monitoring corporate systems, management dashboards or spreadsheets; • Develop and provide support for Power BI dashboards; • Participate in the analysis of health indicators together with health professionals and prepare statistical reports and management presentations; • Monitor action plans related to addressing deviations in the respective indicator or indicator groups; • Support the preparation of monthly technical reports on activities performed; • Create, monitor, update and review planning systems, portals, indicators, reports, spreadsheets, ISAs (Information, Requests and Approvals), external letters, minutes and presentations; • Perform duties corresponding to the position not specified in this document in accordance with applicable legislation and the Code of Ethics of the respective professional category.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Higher education (Bachelor’s degree). Degree in Business Administration issued by an institution recognized by Brazil's Ministry of Education (MEC). Must be registered and in good standing with the Regional Administration Council (CRA) of the respective locality.
  • Preferred: Specialization or MBA in health management, hospital management or quality, recognized by MEC.
  • Minimum experience: More than 6 (six) years in activities similar to the scope of the services. Desired: Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in health management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
  • Good oral and written communication skills to maintain effective relationships with individuals and groups using various available media.
  • Strong ability to serve internal clients and other involved professionals.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programs, especially PowerPoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of electronic communication tools such as e-mail, forums, chat, conducting live broadcasts, etc.
  • Ability to establish a relationship of trust with stakeholders to enable the fulfillment of requirements.
  • Dedication and commitment to work and people, being proactive in actions.
  • Perform activities to operationalize health processes at Petrobras, such as planning, monitoring, control and evaluation.
