Job Description

Senior Product Manager

PreVeil

• Investigate design challenges with depth — explore multiple approaches, evaluate tradeoffs, and arrive at a clear, well-reasoned point of view • Articulate design decisions with conviction: why a path was chosen, what alternatives were considered, and what was intentionally left out • Demonstrate a high bar for what good looks like — backed by evidence from your portfolio and process • Translate technically complex product concepts into experiences that feel intuitive and effortless • Design for both admin and end-user personas — audiences with fundamentally different mental models, workflows, and risk tolerances • Reduce cognitive load without reducing capability; make hard things feel easy • Own and evolve a design system and component library that scales across Windows, Mac, web, and mobile • Apply deep knowledge of platform-specific design standards while maintaining a unified PreVeil identity • Ensure every surface feels like one product — not four separate apps • Drive the full design lifecycle: discovery, user research, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, and developer-ready handoff • Produce clear, complete specs that engineering can act on without ambiguity or back-and-forth • Actively use AI tools to accelerate iteration, sharpen craft, and explore ideas faster • Conduct and synthesize user research to build a genuine picture of how users think, work, and struggle • Bring evidence of user needs into every design decision — not just instinct • Identify behavioral patterns across users and translate them into better product decisions • Partner closely with Product and Engineering — communicate clearly, show work early, and iterate based on real feedback • Be the designer people can count on: have great quality designs that are well thought through, meet commitments, and surface issues proactively • Work with a low ego and a maker-first mindset — this is a hands-on, high-output role

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strong design judgment and enterprise UX depth
  • Experience designing enterprise software — ideally on collaboration or productivity software
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex systems into clear, usable experiences
  • Deep knowledge of cross-platform design standards: Windows, Mac, web, and mobile
  • Experience owning and scaling design systems and component libraries
  • Experience designing for different personas (admins and end-users)
  • Fluency in Figma; active use of AI tools to accelerate and sharpen design work
  • Comfort operating independently, with ambiguity and in fast-paced environments, with a strong bias for action
  • Clear, compelling communicator — you can walk any audience through a design decision and make them believe in it
  • Collaborative, reliable, and low-ego — you take direction well and make the team around you better

Bridgit is the category leader for workforce planning and working with the largest and most sophisticated US general contractors. Although we have continued to gain traction since launching in 2019, there is significant opportunity ahead as we continue to innovate and broaden our offering. As a Product Manager at Bridgit, you'll own a product stream and work closely with your squad of design and engineering, to conceive, plan, and ship your roadmap. You'll lead initiatives that shape the future of Bridgit and use AI tools as a core part of how you do it. - Own the roadmap for your product stream, prioritizing features based on business goals, customer needs, and market trends. - Define clear product requirements that deliver value in releasable pieces. - Leverage AI for impact by synthesizing customer research, drafting PRDs, pressure-testing ideas, and producing better documentation without sacrificing depth. - Lead ongoing customer research to deeply understand user pain points, workflows, and unmet needs, and translate those insights into actionable features. - Make data-informed decisions to track performance, validate hypotheses, and identify areas for improvement. - Stay close to the market, monitoring competitor moves and industry trends to identify where Bridgit can lead and differentiate. - Keep stakeholders aligned, proactively surfacing risks and trade-offs before they become problems. - Become the expert on Bridgit, developing deep fluency in the data, workforce planning workflows, and customer context that drive the product. Qualifications - 3+ years in SaaS and/or AI product management, working on a web-based product with an agile team. - AI-native in how you work, you already reach for AI tools to research, write, and think, and you're always looking to expand how AI makes your work sharper. - Data-driven by default, confidently digging into analytics tools and raw data to understand problems rather than relying on gut instinct. - A strong communicator across audiences - developers, customers, executives - both in writing and in conversation. - Comfortable with complexity, able to break down and define hard problems without losing sight of the big picture. - Not intimidated by technical conversations and able to engage with engineering on architecture and trade-offs. - A low-ego collaborator who prioritizes what's best for the team, company, and customers over being right. - Energized by a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and the best idea wins. Requirements - Compensation: The salary range for this role is $95,000 – $125,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation within the range is determined based on skills, experience, and role scope. - Total compensation includes base salary, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits. - Bridgit values diversity and believes that our strength comes from including the perspectives of all kinds of contributors.
