Job Description
Product Manager
Bridgit
Role Description The construction industry is facing a severe labor shortage. The industry is at an inflection point where they must reimagine talent and modernize their people strategy. Bridgit is the category leader for workforce planning and working with the largest and most sophisticated US general contractors. Although we have continued to gain traction since launching in 2019, there is significant opportunity ahead as we continue to innovate and broaden our offering. As a Product Manager at Bridgit, you'll own a product stream and work closely with your squad of design and engineering, to conceive, plan, and ship your roadmap. You'll lead initiatives that shape the future of Bridgit and use AI tools as a core part of how you do it. - Own the roadmap for your product stream, prioritizing features based on business goals, customer needs, and market trends. - Define clear product requirements that deliver value in releasable pieces. - Leverage AI for impact by synthesizing customer research, drafting PRDs, pressure-testing ideas, and producing better documentation without sacrificing depth. - Lead ongoing customer research to deeply understand user pain points, workflows, and unmet needs, and translate those insights into actionable features. - Make data-informed decisions to track performance, validate hypotheses, and identify areas for improvement. - Stay close to the market, monitoring competitor moves and industry trends to identify where Bridgit can lead and differentiate. - Keep stakeholders aligned, proactively surfacing risks and trade-offs before they become problems. - Become the expert on Bridgit, developing deep fluency in the data, workforce planning workflows, and customer context that drive the product. Qualifications - 3+ years in SaaS and/or AI product management, working on a web-based product with an agile team. - AI-native in how you work, you already reach for AI tools to research, write, and think, and you're always looking to expand how AI makes your work sharper. - Data-driven by default, confidently digging into analytics tools and raw data to understand problems rather than relying on gut instinct. - A strong communicator across audiences - developers, customers, executives - both in writing and in conversation. - Comfortable with complexity, able to break down and define hard problems without losing sight of the big picture. - Not intimidated by technical conversations and able to engage with engineering on architecture and trade-offs. - A low-ego collaborator who prioritizes what's best for the team, company, and customers over being right. - Energized by a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and the best idea wins. Requirements - Compensation: The salary range for this role is $95,000 – $125,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation within the range is determined based on skills, experience, and role scope. - Total compensation includes base salary, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits. - Bridgit values diversity and believes that our strength comes from including the perspectives of all kinds of contributors. We encourage people from underrepresented communities to apply, including racial minorities, 2SLGBTQIA+, and those with disabilities. - Accommodations are available during all stages of the recruitment process, please advise us of any needs as required. Recruitment Process - Bridgit may use technology, including artificial intelligence, to support parts of the recruitment and selection process. Company Description Founded in 2012, Bridgit is a privately held Series B company, having raised over $35 million CAD in funding, from investors like Camber Creek, Export Development Canada, Salesforce Ventures, Storm Ventures, and more. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
