• Own the Engine: Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Media Planning Module. • Solve for Complexity: Translate the nuances of retail-local advertising into scalable software logic. • Collaborate with Data Science: Define precision metrics, evaluate allocation logic, and spec model improvements. You will work side-by-side with engineers and data scientists to refine our proprietary algorithms. • Drive Operational Excellence: Obsess over how our Media Experts use the tool to eliminate friction and maximize the quality of automated media planning. • Bridge Business & Tech: Maintain a high-level view of how planning inputs translate into business outcomes while ensuring the technical feasibility and integrity of the underlying models.
• Drive performance management, hiring, 1-on-1s, and development for your team of 8 engineers. Foster a culture of quality and operational accountability. • Establish framework guardrails, control delivery, verify quality, and enforce strict engineering standards using modern tooling. • Own the technical roadmap for the live platform, make sound system design trade-offs, write Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and prioritize technical debt. • Partner closely with Commercial leaders and Campaign Management to translate technical realities into business language. • Conduct critical code reviews, lead incident response, and drive critical bug resolution or technical debt triage.
• Define and execute the product roadmap in close collaboration with leadership • Turn customer insights, market trends, and data into clear product requirements • You’ll report to the CPO and lead, coach, and scale the product team across disciplines and geographies • Partner with engineering, design, customer success, and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery • Champion product quality through metrics (adoption rate, NPS, retention, feature usage), user research (interviews, usability tests, and surveys with target users), and customer feedback loops (in-app prompts, customer advisory boards, post-launch surveys) • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize and optimize the product portfolio • Track and report on product KPIs that align to Factor Eleven’s business goal.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to define metrics • Build dashboards, and uncover trends that support growth, retention, and operational efficiency • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that track key SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, retention, funnel performance) • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities • Monitor data quality and ensure data definitions and quality are consistent across all reports • Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, experiments, and executive decision-making • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Continuously improve reporting processes, tools, and methodologies
