Regional Technical Manager – SEAP

• Provides technical support to sales teams, distributors and customers to enhance product performance and drive sales growth • Contributes to sales strategy, budgeting and marketing plans alongside regional teams • Leads and executes technical sales activities in alignment with partners and sales teams • Identifies new business opportunities and continuous improvement areas • Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key industry stakeholders • Engages with key accounts (feed mills, integrators, farms) by delivering tailored technical solutions and added-value services • Supports and develops distributor sales teams through training, technical guidance, and collaboration • Conducts and monitors field trials, analyzes data, and translates results into practical customer solutions • Oversees sample coordination, logistics, and laboratory support across assigned markets • Develops technical content and contributes to seminars, webinars, and industry communications • Works closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure aligned execution • Takes on additional responsibilities as required by the business

Job Requirements

  • DVM or similar
  • 10+ years' regional experience in feed additives (Preferably with a swine focus)
  • Strong technical expertise with solid commercial understanding
  • Hands-on farm knowledge required
  • Experience in specialty feed additives
  • Well-connected with industry stakeholders and key opinion leaders
  • Performance-driven with strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills
  • Able to identify needs, deliver practical solutions, and support sales effectively
