Key Responsibilities - Validate AppStream (WorkSpaces) readiness for the Gateway System (Ticketing platform). - Provide technical guidance and leadership to both offshore and onsite engineering teams. - Review and validate Galaxy configurations, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Diagnose and resolve complex issues at the intersection of infrastructure and application layers. - Perform final technical validation prior to Proof of Concept (POC) sign-off. - Serve as the primary escalation point for critical technical issues. Core Skills & Expertise - Strong background in application engineering and systems integration. - Hands-on experience with: - Application installation and configuration in Windows environments - Troubleshooting distributed systems - AWS fundamentals, including practical implementation - EC2, AppStream (WorkSpaces) configuration and management - File systems and networking fundamentals - File-share dependencies (e.g., FSx, SMB-based access models) - Application launchers and configuration file management - Proven ability to analyze and debug interactions between applications and underlying infrastructure. Domain Knowledge - Familiarity with enterprise-grade ticketing systems, such as Gateway System or similar platforms. - Experience leading and mentoring distributed engineering teams (offshore and onsite). Role Description As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be tasked with contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of our core observability systems, working on small-to-medium features from technical design through completion. Working collaboratively with your team, you will build robust solutions for data collection and analysis to boost our engineering teams' operational visibility. In this role, you will leverage standard procedures to support how SentinelOne monitors its own solutions while learning from senior colleagues.
