Trips and Ships
• Book and customize travel plans for clients, including hotels, resorts, flights, vacation packages, cruises, car rentals, and more. • Provide expert recommendations for destinations, accommodations, activities, and experiences based on client preferences. • Assist clients in booking tickets for theme parks, concerts, sports events, and other leisure activities. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences. • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and special promotions to offer the best options for clients. • Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service throughout the booking process.
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must reside in the US, UK, AUS, or Mexico.
- No previous travel industry experience is required; we'll provide training to ensure your success.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, creative, and passionate about travel.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Comfortable using online booking systems and technology.
