Account Manager, Advisor

HeraHub

• Lead the client relationship on long-term engagements (12 months+), from onboarding through the annual review • Advise clients on AI tools and agents suited to their real needs (automation, LLMs, etc.) • Co-facilitate scoping workshops and operational audits with decision-makers • Draft clear, professional summaries, reports, and follow-up documentation • Coordinate deliverables with the technical team and ensure field adoption • Track the KPIs and OKRs defined at the start of the engagement, and raise alerts when necessary • Identify opportunities to evolve or expand the engagement

Job Requirements

  • Experience or a strong interest in client-facing roles (account management, customer success, consulting, or equivalent)
  • Good familiarity with AI tools: you don't need to be an expert, but you know the landscape (ChatGPT, Claude (co-work, design...), Genspark, Plaud...)
  • Comfortable explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent written communication in French
  • Autonomous and organized: you can manage priorities without daily supervision
  • Curious and eager to learn: the field evolves quickly and you adapt
