Field Service Account Manager

• Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customer accounts • Ability to develop trusted customer relationships in a positive, patient, and friendly manner, utilizing good interpersonal skills • Implementation and configuration of proprietary software and hardware • Onsite installations, process development, and customer training • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products, solutions, and services according to customer needs and objectives • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement within the customer environment • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory • Document customer equipment and usage • Demonstrate professionalism when representing the company in all communications with internal and external customers and vendors • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, at a wide variety of customer sites, in conjunction with RES team members using various communication resources (phone, email, app, web, in-person) • Track customer calls and create required reports • Follows all company policies and procedures • Coordinate job/equipment flow and schedule with team and customers • Complete and demonstrate a full understanding of ongoing training concepts and applications • Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research. • Build and manage relationships with executive-level decision-makers and key stakeholders. • Conduct detailed needs assessments to tailor proposals and presentations to client objectives. • Lead complex negotiations and close large-scale or enterprise-level deals. • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding. • Serve as a mentor and resource to junior sales team members, sharing best practices and sales strategies. • Maintain a robust and accurate pipeline in the CRM system, ensuring consistent forecasting and reporting. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position the company’s products or services effectively. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and expand the client base.
