Account Manager, Corporate Ticket Sales
Edmonton Oilers Hockey Club
• Primarily responsible for B2B Oilers Season Seat sales • Sell premium rentals for concerts, Oilers and Oil Kings • Sell ticket packages and group sales for Oilers and Oil Kings • Prospect, pitch, and close new B2B accounts with local businesses • Build and manage a self-sourced lead list and maintain relationships with clients • Conduct proactive outreach via phone, SMS, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings • Attend events to host clients and generate leads • Upsell current clients into additional assets • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within CRM tools • Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal departments to deliver exceptional service
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience preferred
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma is an asset
- Must have access to a vehicle and a valid Alberta Driver’s License (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Comfortable managing a robust pipeline and navigating long-term sales cycles
- You understand that the professional sports & entertainment industry often results in odd and unpredictable working hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.)
