Role Description GovCIO is currently hiring for a Product Delivery Manager to support the Health Data Management Sub Product Line in Health Services Portfolio Technical Management and Strategic Solutioning Support (HTMS) program within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology (OIT). This position will be a fully remote within the United States position with core hours of operation Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. - Directly support the Health Data Management (HDM) Release Management process by providing project management support to the VA Release Manager to ensure stable and predictable production operations. - Coordinate technical delivery activities across multiple teams and stakeholders. - Coordinate testing and deployment activities across cross-functional teams. - Maintain and govern release calendars. - Ensure timely and clear communication with stakeholders and proactively manage risks to minimize disruption to end users. - Support planning, execution, and reporting of delivery milestones. - Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and support mitigation planning. - Collaborate with engineering, product, and architecture teams to ensure alignment. - Develop and maintain schedules, status updates, and delivery documentation. - Support continuous improvement activities within the delivery organization. - Other tasks as assigned by manager. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline is required, with 10 years experience (8 yrs of commensurate experience may replace educational degree). Requirements - Clearance Required: Suitability for Public Trust. - Experience working on federal IT programs or large enterprise initiatives. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery models. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Great interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance/supervision. - Solid experience with Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and other collaborative tools including Teams, SharePoint, etc. - Excellent attention to detail, proactive problem-solving and ability to meet deadlines and stay organized. - Adaptability and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Preferred Skills and Experience - Experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) programs or in healthcare IT. - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. - Understand healthcare IT, enterprise data flows, or system integration. - Foundational experience supporting healthcare operations and OIT delivery while coordinating across cross-functional teams, SMEs, business owners, and government partners to maintain alignment with mission objectives. - Demonstrated ability to navigate compliance, data protection, governance, and change-management requirements to effectively support government stakeholders and ensure adherence to VA/OIT processes. Posted Salary Range USD $105,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
