Technical Sales Specialist, Flow Cytometry Instruments

• Contribute to revenue growth and customer success through technical sales expertise • Represent portfolio of Flow Cytometry instruments and solutions • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts while providing technical expertise across the sales cycle • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and application support to implement sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Job Requirements
- Master's degree plus 5 years of technical sales experience in relevant scientific instrumentation, laboratory products, or life sciences industry
- Preferred Fields of Study: Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering or related discipline
- Technical knowledge of Flow Cytometry and applications
- Strong understanding of Capital Equipment purchase processes
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment
- Travel requirements of 50-75% within assigned territory
- Valid driver's license
- Located in Flanders or the Netherlands
- Proficiency in English and Dutch required, additional languages valued for international roles
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
