Role Description We are seeking a NOC Analyst II to join our Network Operations Center team, supporting hundreds of municipalities and organizations across the United States and Canada. This is a mid-level overnight position for a technically strong professional who can independently manage complex network and system issues, mentor junior analysts, and ensure optimal performance and uptime across client environments. WORK SCHEDULE - Option A: Friday – Monday (4 days) || 10 hours - Option B: Thursday – Monday (5 days) || 8 hours ⚠ Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory for both schedule options.
