The Mission (aka The Role) As a core member of Intero Digital’s SEO team, the SEO Analyst plays a hands-on role in delivering high-impact SEO initiatives that support client goals and align with broader campaign strategies. This role is centered on execution—but with a mindset for ownership, learning, and growing into strategic contribution over time. Analysts are expected to manage their workstreams independently, execute with accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO campaigns run smoothly. You’ll work closely with Senior Analysts, Strategists, and Account Managers to turn insights into implementation and ensure tactical execution ladders up to campaign success. This is a foundational role for emerging SEO professionals who want to sharpen their technical skills, build performance fluency, and develop the collaborative habits required for long-term growth in the SEO field. The candidate may be based in any of the following US states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI. Mission Objectives (Essential Functions) Client and Fulfillment Management (Execution) - Own a portfolio of clients, directly managing SEO strategy and execution, while supporting Account Managers and cross-service teams, as necessary. - Coordinate deliverables with the International Business Employee (IBE) team, where applicable. - Lead the planning of SEO tasks, ensuring activities align with each client's scope and package. - Document work clearly in shared systems (monday.com, internal working logs, etc.) and ensure visibility for collaborating team members. Performance Monitoring and Campaign Execution - Monitor SEO performance metrics through tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and BrightEdge. - Assist in identifying performance shifts, anomalies, or new opportunities and flag findings for further strategic input. - Ensure reporting highlights business impact, not just performance metrics. Learning and Development - Stay ahead of industry shifts (algorithm changes, AI-driven search, and competitive landscape); proactively adjust strategies to maintain performance; and guide clients and internal teams on implications. - Participate in internal training programs and contribute to building a culture of curiosity and growth. - Apply feedback quickly and seek clarification when expectations or goals are unclear. - Look for patterns across accounts that can inform better execution habits or optimization recommendations. Collaboration and Communication - Partner with Account Managers to understand task expectations and timelines. - Communicate progress and updates effectively within the team, escalating technical or strategic blockers as needed. - Join internal meetings as needed to sync on campaign priorities or discuss specific task execution nuances. - Occasionally participate in client calls when implementation context or performance insight is valuable.
