Job Description
Manager, SEO, AEO
Veeam Software
• Lead SEO/AEO Strategy and Roadmap: Define and lead Veeam's global SEO, AEO, and AI search strategy — translating business priorities into measurable organic discovery programs across markets, personas, product lines, and buying stages; support roadmap development covering technical SEO, content optimization, AI answer visibility, entity authority, competitive share of voice, and always-on performance; partner with leadership to operationalize how SEO/AEO supports launches, campaigns, thought leadership, and web experiences. • Lead the Team and Manage Execution: Manage, coach, and develop the SEO/AEO team — setting priorities, assigning ownership, managing capacity, and creating clarity around roles and decision-making. Build repeatable frameworks and governance models for keyword strategy, prompt tracking, technical audits, content briefs, launch measurement, AI visibility reporting, and competitive monitoring. Manage agency and vendor relationships for strategic output; raise the standard of SEO/AEO work across Veeam by educating stakeholders and embedding best practices into content, web, and campaign planning. • Drive Technical SEO and Site Authority at Enterprise Scale: Own the technical SEO roadmap in partnership with Web, IT, UX, Engineering, Analytics, and Digital — prioritizing initiatives that improve crawlability, indexation, site speed, structured data, internal linking, information architecture, content discoverability, and conversion paths. Ensure Veeam's web ecosystem is built for both traditional search engines and AI-driven retrieval systems. Translate complex technical issues into business impact and secure cross-functional alignment for implementation. • Build Veeam's AI Search and Answer-Engine Discipline: Define how Veeam measures and improves visibility across AI search and answer engines — supporting prompt strategy and partnering with Marketing Ops on AI visibility tracking, answer sentiment, citation analysis, competitive monitoring, and recommendation-rate measurement. Identify where Veeam is missing, misrepresented, under-cited, or under-recommended in AI-generated answers; partner cross-functionally to strengthen the authority signals AI systems rely on. Ensure Veeam content is structured to be clear, extractable, evidence-led, and aligned to how enterprise buyers ask questions. • Connect Organic Discovery to Business Impact: Define and track KPIs across rankings, organic traffic, engagement, conversions, AI answer visibility, LLM recommendation rate, competitive share of voice, branded/non-branded discovery, and launch performance. Build performance narratives that help leadership understand what is working, where Veeam is under-indexing, and where additional focus is needed. Use data to influence content strategy, web priorities, campaign planning, and category narrative development. • Influence Across the Organization: Act as a strategic partner to Web, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, PR/Comms, Brand, Analytics, and regional teams — bringing a clear point of view on how buyer behavior is changing as search shifts from links to answers and recommendations. Help stakeholders understand that SEO/AEO is a technical, content, authority, and measurement discipline — not a publishing checklist. Represent SEO/AEO priorities in planning, launch readiness, QBRs, and executive and strategic business reviews
Job Requirements
- 7–9+ years in SEO, technical SEO, organic growth, digital strategy, or search — with 3+ years managing direct reports, developing talent, setting team priorities, and leading through ambiguity; background in global B2B tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, data, or enterprise software preferred.
- Strong technical SEO expertise across crawlability, indexation, rendering, structured data, site architecture, internal linking, redirects, canonicals, page speed, Core Web Vitals, international SEO, and enterprise CMS workflows.
- Strong understanding of AEO, GEO, AI search visibility, LLM-driven discovery, AI Overviews, answer engines, citation analysis, prompt tracking, entity optimization, and structured content.
- Proven ability to build SEO/AEO strategies that connect to business outcomes, not just traffic. Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards, performance narratives, executive reporting, and KPI frameworks — with hands-on experience in seoClarity, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, AEM, Jira, and Confluence.
- Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and translating technical complexity into clear business recommendations; strong cross-functional leadership across content, web, product marketing, demand gen, PR, analytics, engineering, and agency partners.
- Experience supporting global launches, enterprise campaigns, thought leadership programs, and large-scale web/content optimization initiatives.
- Strategic, analytical, and operational mindset — able to connect big-picture direction to day-to-day execution in a fast-moving space where best practices are still evolving
Benefits
- Unlimited paid time off, 12 paid holidays including 4 global VeeaMe Days for self-care and 24 paid volunteer hours annually through Veeam Cares
- Paid parental leave: 8 weeks for all parents, 16 weeks for birthing parents

- Mental health support, therapy sessions, and digital wellness tools via our Employee Assistance Program
- 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions

Local SEO Lead
WonderlyWonderly is building the first end-to-end AI business platform for service businesses. The roofers, contractors, med spas, and law firms that make up the majority of the economy are excellent at their craft and poor at running a business — and most of them should be generating 2–5x more revenue than they currently are. Today, solving this means hiring an agency, stitching together a dozen tools, and spending weeks on setup and maintenance. Even then, results are inconsistent and systems break constantly. Wonderly replaces all of it. Ads, website, lead intake, CRM, AI receptionist, follow-up, and project delivery — all in one platform, fully set up in minutes. Because we own every layer, nothing breaks at the seams. The integrations that fail in stitched-together systems simply don't exist inside Wonderly. What makes us different is that AI is native to the platform, not bolted on. Our agents don't just suggest — they actually run ads, build websites, answer calls, qualify leads, book meetings, follow up, and move deals through the pipeline. The goal is not incremental improvement. The goal is to take a business from a non-functional system to a high-performing one almost immediately. With backing from YC and Sam Altman, a $500M+ valuation, and hundreds of thousands of users, we're well positioned to lead. We're building for the majority of businesses in the economy. For them, AI doesn't need to be customizable — it needs to work. Wonderly is intense, fast, and not for everyone. If you want to work with top talent, push yourself harder than you thought possible, and help redefine how AI actually drives revenue for real businesses, you'll thrive here.
Role Description We need someone who can build a local SEO engine for Wonderly. Wonderly helps local service businesses get customers. We want to win the traffic from searches like “landscaper near me,” “best remodeler in Phoenix,” “med spa in Austin,” “personal injury lawyer near me,” and thousands of other local, high-intent queries every day. You’ll own the local SEO strategy end to end. This is not a role for someone who only writes SEO briefs, manages agencies, or talks about strategy and best practices. You’ll be expected to: - Find the opportunity - Build the plan - Get the pages shipped - Poke holes in the data - Figure out what’s working - Keep iterating The work will span: - Local SEO strategy - Programmatic city and vertical pages - Map pack optimization - Google Business Profile strategy - Service-area business SEO - Technical SEO - Internal linking - Review strategy - Local citations - Content templates - Schema - Indexing - Search Console analysis - Competitive research - Page quality - Conversion - Reporting You won’t have a fixed checklist. Instead, you’ll have a clear goal: build a channel that drives qualified local demand across all of US+CA. What Makes This Role Different Most SEO roles are either too content-focused or too technical. This one is both. You need to understand how local search works at the query level, but also how to build systems that scale across categories, cities, and service areas. You should be able to answer questions like: - Which local queries are actually worth going after? - Where can we rank with pages, and where do we need map pack presence? - How should we structure city, category, and service pages? - What is the difference between useful local pages and thin doorway pages? - How do Houzz, Thumbtack, Yelp, Angi, and similar companies win organic traffic? - What local SEO bets are worth engineering time? - Where is indexing breaking? - Which pages are driving impressions but not clicks? - Which pages are getting traffic but not converting? The best person for this role has made local SEO bets before and learned from the results. What You’ll Own You’ll own local SEO for Wonderly, including: - Local SEO strategy across priority verticals and markets - Map pack and Google Business Profile strategy - Programmatic local page strategy across city, category, and service combinations - SEO architecture for local service business pages - Keyword research for local and high-intent service queries - Competitive research against companies like Houzz, Thumbtack, Yelp, Angi, HomeAdvisor, and local directories - Technical SEO requirements for local page generation - Internal linking strategy - Schema and structured data recommendations - Indexing and crawlability analysis - Local citation and NAP strategy where relevant - Review and reputation signals where relevant - Content templates that can scale without becoming low-quality You should be hands-on. You may need to pull data from Search Console, inspect pages manually, write specs for engineering, review SERPs city by city, build keyword maps, QA page templates, or write the copy of a local landing page yourself. Expectations This is a high-ownership role. You should expect: - Real ownership of local SEO from day one - Direct accountability for organic growth in local search - Close collaboration with engineering, product, and marketing - A fast-changing scope as we learn which verticals and markets work - A team that values speed, straightforward communication, and ownership over process theater Wonderly is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is treated with respect and given equal opportunities. We do not discriminate based on gender identity, race, ancestry, disability, religion, sexual orientation, pregnancy status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. We welcome and encourage all qualified candidates to apply for our job openings.
Role Description We are looking for data-driven people to own and scale our digital marketing efforts across paid advertising, social media, search, and lead generation channels. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive qualified leads, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. You will manage advertising budgets, analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, creativity, strong execution skills, and a deep understanding of modern digital marketing platforms. We expect candidates to use AI in daily workflows across research, ideation, drafting, design iteration, quality checks, and delivery acceleration. AI usage is a core execution requirement, not optional tooling. Qualifications - 3+ years hands-on Google Ads experience (certification is a baseline, not proof of skill) - Agency background managing multiple client accounts preferred; these tend to be the stronger doers - Fluent English - Client experience in the US, Canada, Europe, or Australia (not India-only, and not Philippines-based serving only India) - Verifiable references: live client sites or campaigns we can independently screen - A doer who runs with the work; comfortable using AI in the workflow - Bonus: can automate reporting via Codex, which removes the need for a separate reporting manager Requirements - Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Ajaia's products, starting with AI training as the first product - Own keyword and competitor research; find the actual search language buyers use, separating informational from transactional intent - Match campaigns to the right landing pages and the full sales funnel, from top-of-funnel info seekers to bottom-of-funnel conversions - Drive measurable, low-cost leads that convert, not vanity traffic - Work inside a repeatable, productized process so new products spin up by swapping product, pages, and keywords - Likely start on the Nao Medical account to prove competence, then scale to Ajaia - Can actually build ads, not just report: ad groups, settings, sitelinks, character limits, line 1/2/3 copy Benefits - Competitive base salary + performance incentives - Professional development opportunities - Paid time off (PTO)
