Manager, Software Engineering

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of a robust platform that allows users to create, manage, and orchestrate AI agents and their interactions. • Multi-Agent Frameworks: Build and optimize frameworks for multi-agent coordination, leveraging orchestration tools like LangGraph to enable complex workflows and pipelines. • LLM Integration: Work with multiple LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) to ensure seamless integration and scalability for individual and collaborative agent operations. • Evaluation Frameworks: Develop and implement systems to test AI agents in complex scenarios, focusing on both individual performance and system-level dynamics. • AI Innovation: Stay ahead of AI advancements, incorporating the latest research and technologies to enhance agent collaboration and capabilities. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to deliver a seamless user experience for building and deploying intelligent systems. • Privacy and Compliance: Address challenging AI privacy scenarios, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and best practices. • Search Integration: Improve and integrate search capabilities into the platform to provide agents with essential information access.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience leading teams in building and deploying Multi-Agent Frameworks or Multi-Agent Systems.
  • Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and backend engineering, with a focus on LLMs and orchestration software.
  • Hands-on experience with orchestration tools like LangGraph or similar frameworks for agent workflows.
  • Strong background in developing evaluation frameworks for complex AI systems.
  • Passion for staying updated with AI advancements and applying them to real-world challenges.
  • Experience addressing AI privacy scenarios, including data anonymization and secure data handling.
  • Familiarity with search technologies and their integration into AI systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to mentor and grow engineering teams.
