• You will be responsible for the sale of heat pumps in the assigned region. • Your task will be to analyse the right sales channels and identify opportunities in all market segments (residential, commercial, and industrial). • You will actively seek and acquire new B2B partners, conclude contracts and promote the products among well-known plumbers. • Sales support and active search for business opportunities will be your daily routine. • You will cooperate with departments of Technical Support, Marketing and Sales to ensure the smooth running of all business activities. • You will manage leads and track the business performance of each partner. • Communication with colleagues from the division, photovoltaic systems department, energy management system and marketing will be key to achieving the company goals. • You will also collaborate with business partners on business opportunities and engagements, maintain open channels of communication with customers to obtain feedback and insights to improve products and sales. • Working with the marketing team to develop cooperation with business partners and installers will be an integral part of your work. • Furthermore, providing basic technical support and training to business partners so that they have all the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell heat pumps and accessories will also be your responsibility.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience selling B2B (heat pumps)
- Strategic planning
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Good time management
- Knowledge of related technologies (PV systems and HVAC systems)
- Partial knowledge of marketing
- Ability to sell new brand
- Knowledge of MS Office 365
- Fluent in Polish (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
- Driver's license (B)
