Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading software development and or QA automation teams
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices
- Experience delivering production systems in a cloud or distributed environment
- Proven ability to coach developers and manage performance constructively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
