• Serve as the overall technical and managerial lead for the WSTF groundwater monitoring program assessment. • Provide overall project leadership and technical direction • Serve as primary interface with the client • Oversee hydrogeologic interpretation and monitoring optimization strategy • Ensure integration of qualitative professional judgment and quantitative analyses • Review and approve all technical deliverables • Lead technical briefings and regulatory discussions as required

The Associate Project Manager works with the Project Manager to achieve company goals and meet customer expectations by planning and evaluating project activities, and providing data management services. The goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Typical duties include but are not limited to:  - Effectively communicates with the customers to understand their expectations and define the steps to achieve them.  - Acts as the compliance manager for the customers and provides the guidance for completing the compliance reporting objectives.  - Manages the project team by providing orientation, training, assignments, scheduling, coaching/counseling, and communicating job expectations.  - Manages project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.  GreenSoft maintains a robust Information Security Management System (ISMS) which all employees are required to adhere to. • Leading implementation projects: managing end-to-end implementations and configurations of SAP SuccessFactors HCM and ensuring excellent delivery • Collaborating with global teams: working with international HR stakeholders to gather requirements, align solutions, and ensure adoption of best practices • Project management: developing and monitoring project plans, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met • System optimization: monitoring system performance, proposing improvements, and ensuring alignment with business objectives • Knowledge sharing: documenting system configurations, processes, and training materials to enable smooth handovers and user training • Continuous learning: staying up-to-date with industry trends and SAP updates and leveraging innovative features to improve outcomes

Role Description En tant que chargé(e) de mission planification de l'urbanisme, vous êtes rattaché(e) à la division aménagement du service aménagement, biodiversité, eau de la DDT. Vous assurez les missions suivantes : - Accompagner les collectivités territoriales et les partenaires de l'aménagement dans l'élaboration de leurs documents d'urbanisme (PLUi, PLU, cartes communales); - Élaborer et présenter les « porter à connaissance » et avis de l'État, assurer le contrôle de légalité; - Porter, lors des révisions / créations de ces documents, les politiques publiques de l'État et assurer un conseil en aménagement auprès des collectivités en promouvant une approche intercommunale; - Apporter un éclairage sur les documents de planification et projets instruits par d'autres services de la DDT et de l'État : schémas de cohérence territoriale (SCoT), programmes locaux de l'habitat, évaluations environnementales, autorisations environnementales, déclarations d'utilité publiques; - Instruire les dossiers et suivre les procédures pour le compte du préfet : mises en compatibilité des documents d'urbanisme, dérogations hors SCoT, notes de synthèses pour les commissions, zones d'aménagement différé (ZAD), zones d'aménagement concerté (ZAC) État... Qualifications - Vous disposez de connaissances réglementaires en urbanisme et de connaissances de l'organisation politique et administrative des collectivités; - Vous détenez de bonnes compétences rédactionnelles; - Vous possédez des capacités à mobiliser des partenaires; - Vous prenez plaisir à travailler en équipe et en réseau; - Vous savez animer des réunions; - Vous savez vulgariser les concepts réglementaires et légaux, et faire preuve de pédagogie; - Vous êtes doté(e) de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse.
