Job Requirements
- Substantial executive leadership experience managing a complex, multi-product portfolio (at varying maturity stages) across cloud, PaaS, DevOps, developer tooling, or infrastructure platforms
- A proven track record of taking net-new products from early strategy to global scale, while simultaneously modernizing mature products in shifting technical ecosystems
- The ability to turn complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated customer value, navigate enterprise needs, and make high-stakes trade-offs using data and strong intuition
- Experience connecting Product with revenue leadership, architecting modern organizational structures, scaling global remote-first teams thoughtfully, and cultivating a culture of high performance and accountability
- Deep understanding of developer workflows and a practical, highly curious approach to how AI-native development is rewriting product discovery, delivery, and user expectations
