Client Relationship Executive
Remote Recruitment
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. • Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement. • Re-engage inactive or lapsed clients to generate repeat business opportunities. • Manage warm inbound enquiries and convert them into paying clients. • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the company's service offerings. • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. • Conduct client meetings via telephone and Microsoft Teams. • Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. • Support the conversion of enquiries into repeat and higher-value projects. • Maintain accurate CRM records and client communication logs. • Assist with client engagement campaigns and retention initiatives. • Provide ideas to improve client experience, retention, and business growth. • Support ad hoc projects and business initiatives as required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in account management, client services, customer success, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Experience working with UK clients.
- Background in construction, property, consultancy, or professional services.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Previous experience in client retention or account growth roles.
