• Lead all loss prevention, safety, and profit protection responsibilities across the store field organization • Recruit, develop, and coach Regional Loss Prevention Managers • Partner with field and corporate leaders to build training capability • Analyze key metrics to identify operational deficiencies and financial risks • Monitor industry trends for solutions and technology
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10-15 years experience in Loss Prevention; Retail Operations; Safety; Project Management
- LPC Preferred
- CFI Preferred
- Knowledge of surveillance and intrusion detection systems
- Knowledge of POS exception reporting systems
- Working knowledge of case management systems
- Advanced level of administration skills
- Must have ability and willingness to travel extensively (at least 80%)
- Must pass comprehensive background check.
