• Own end-to-end execution of large-scale technology trade shows from planning through post-event reporting. • Manage vendors and fabricators, including booth buildouts, electric, production, printing, gifting and show services. • Oversee venue coordination, food and beverage, and onsite logistics. • Partner with marketing stakeholders to align event execution with strategy, positioning and best practices. • Manage registration builds and attendee tracking using Splash registration tool or similar platforms. • Execute onsite operations, including client hosting and high-touch stakeholder engagement. • Deliver post-event reporting and performance insights to marketing and leadership teams.

• Provide a broad range of research, analysis, reporting, monitoring and/or operational process support within a defined area of function • Support business by providing expert guidance/advice on a range of risk related matters within assigned or own area of specialization • Support and/or provide oversight, commentary, and strategy analysis in connection to team and/or individual initiatives • Prepare and submit targeted quarterly data quality (DQ) assessment for accuracy, completeness, and GL verifications • Maintain the DQ submission log each quarter to ensure submissions are timely and attestations are completed per policy/procedures • Cross train with the eventual goal of conducting the review independently in the future • Continuous improvement/maturation of the existing process, as needed • Learn and maintain pertinent procedures, policies, and job-aid

You will support Vitalant's life-saving mission by actively engaging with current, previous, and potential donors to schedule their next blood donation at a local blood drive. Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED required - One year of customer service experience preferred - Call center experience preferred Requirements - Enhance the donor experience by providing quality customer service while inspiring donors to realize their life-transforming potential. - Collaborate within a supportive team atmosphere, contributing to a positive work environment and goals. - Retain donors by scheduling donation appointments, resolving customer service concerns, and consistently providing excellent customer service. - Code donor records appropriately based on the information provided by donor and management.
