Director of Field Loss Prevention

DICK'S Sporting Goods

• Lead all loss prevention, safety, and profit protection responsibilities across the store field organization • Recruit, develop, and coach Regional Loss Prevention Managers • Partner with field and corporate leaders to build training capability • Analyze key metrics to identify operational deficiencies and financial risks • Monitor industry trends for solutions and technology

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10-15 years experience in Loss Prevention; Retail Operations; Safety; Project Management
  • LPC Preferred
  • CFI Preferred
  • Knowledge of surveillance and intrusion detection systems
  • Knowledge of POS exception reporting systems
  • Working knowledge of case management systems
  • Advanced level of administration skills
  • Must have ability and willingness to travel extensively (at least 80%)
  • Must pass comprehensive background check.
