• Lead our payment and fraud analytics strategy, driving data-driven decisions that optimize financial performance and protect our gaming ecosystem. • Define and execute the vision for payment analytics, moving beyond standard reporting to predictive insights that improve success rates and conversions. • Analyze payment data using SQL and create compelling dashboards with Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to inform strategic decisions. • Implement strategies to reduce payment declines, recover failed transactions, and identify conversion bottlenecks. • Lead chargeback mitigation efforts by analyzing trends and implementing automated triggers to protect merchant accounts. • Develop detection logic to identify bonus abuse, multi-accounting patterns, and synthetic identities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build risk-scoring models that balance security with player experience.

• Define proper measurable metrics/variables for analyzing a business problem and provide actionable recommendations • Own a work stream completely, come up with interesting findings from data on your own • Identify problems within an area and find solutions to it • Frame out various hypotheses to solve root cause analysis problem • Put tested hypothesis together to present a story/analysis to larger group/stakeholders • Actively work/coordinate with data science/ data engineering to understand best practices used for coding/scripting and implement them within the team • Actively discuss with different teams (Product, data science) to understand objective/business context of various projects

• Conduct analyses to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and propose strategies that drive success and outcomes for Wellth’s members and payer and provider clients. • Be the face of our data expertise! Lead engaging client discussions, present transformative analyses, and provide compelling insights on quality metric performance, CMS measures, and ROI. • Develop and present complex reports, dashboards, visualizations and presentations to demonstrate Wellth’s value and support both new business and ongoing partnerships. • Partner with commercial and client success teams to provide feedback and identify new ways to leverage data insights to address client-specific challenges, enhancing the value of Wellth’s services. • Support the client data onboarding plan and execution including internal and external coordination and communication. • Develop and refine targeting algorithms to identify members most likely to benefit from Wellth’s interventions. • Provide strategic recommendations internally for new use cases, enhancements to existing analytics capabilities, and ways to optimize data usage to better serve clients. • Stay current on healthcare industry trends and analytics methodologies, continuously refining analytical methods to drive more meaningful insights.

• Assist in facilitating state license applications • Organize and monitor licensing efforts • Assist in monitoring and testing company processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines. • Document review, data analysis, and/or evidence production for the Compliance Department. • Research testing findings, root cause issues, and develop / propose solutions for practices that are out of compliance. • Take ownership over and provide recommendations for improvement of Compliance Management System processes. • Prepare and maintain reports for management • Any other Compliance-related tasks necessary to ensure to the growth of the Compliance Management System
