Senior Product Manager, Services

Decisiv, Inc.

• Own the discovery, definition, and roadmap for Decisiv’s portfolio of billable add-on services that complement core platform capabilities and drive incremental revenue • Lead the full service investment lifecycle —build-vs-partner decisions, launch, adoption tracking, and ongoing P&L performance • Define and manage pricing strategies for add-on services, including subscription, usage-based, and tiered models, with ongoing margin and profitability analysis • Make disciplined invest/sustain/EOL decisions grounded in usage data, customer value, and financial performance • Lead Decisiv’s third-party marketplace strategy —identify, evaluate, and onboard partners whose services extend platform value for customers, dealers, fleets, and OEMs • Develop and maintain a rigorous competitive and partner landscape view —distinguishing partners to enable, compete against, or limit, and translating that into clear positioning decisions • Represent Decisiv externally as the primary commercial and product lead for third-party partnerships, driving relationships from first conversation through agreement execution • Lead or support contract and partnership negotiations, working with legal, finance, and executive leadership to structure agreements that deliver mutual value • Collaborate with platform PMs to contribute business and use case requirements for APIs that enable first- and third-party services • Leverage customer insights, market research, and usage analytics to validate service investments, inform pricing, and guide portfolio prioritization • Engage regularly with customers, prospects, and partners to gather feedback and evangelize the Decisiv services and marketplace strategy • Partner with Product Marketing on service and marketplace launches, including positioning, pricing communications, sales enablement, and go-to-market planning

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products, with ownership of revenue-generating services or monetized platform capabilities
  • Proven P&L ownership and financial acumen —pricing model definition, service profitability tracking, and data-driven invest/sustain/EOL recommendations
  • Experience developing SaaS pricing strategies—subscription, usage-based, and tiered—with an understanding of margin management and competitive pricing dynamics
  • Demonstrated success identifying and managing third-party partnerships—partner evaluation, marketplace or integration agreements, and ongoing relationship management
  • Strong competitive intelligence skills applied to build-vs.-partner decisions and differentiated product positioning
  • Experience supporting or leading contract negotiations and commercial agreements with third-party vendors or technology partners
  • Technical aptitude sufficient to contribute meaningful API use case requirements and engage credibly with engineering teams and external technical partners
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influence skills—with a track record of representing a product or company externally and driving clear decisions across stakeholders
  • High degree of professionalism, ownership, and accountability in a remote, collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience across product, commercial, and technical teams
