In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing weekly menus across multiple markets, balancing customer demand, culinary variety, operational constraints, and business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure menus are strategically curated, operationally feasible, and aligned with company goals. You will play a key role in maintaining menu quality by analyzing product performance, identifying assortment gaps, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring menus meet planning guidelines and launch deadlines.
