Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Advanta Autism Care

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Provide BACB-compliant clinical supervision to RBTs on your cases • Lead family training and support parent implementation of behavior plans • Track client progress with data and adjust treatment plans as needed • Maintain documentation that meets BACB ethics, HIPAA, and Colorado Medicaid standards • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (SLPs, OTs, schools when relevant)

Job Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification (BACB) - required
  • Colorado ABA state license, or active application in progress
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Comfort working in client homes and via telehealth
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
