• Diagnose and recover declined transactions by analysing decline codes, retry logic, and timing across acquirers • Build and optimise intelligent routing rules based on card type, user behaviour, spend value, and platform activity • Map per-transaction COGS across every processor, gateway, FX fee, scheme fee, refund, and chargeback, then reduce it • Own daily reconciliation alongside Finance, identifying and closing gaps across multiple acquirer data formats • Diagnose MIT/renewal auth failures and systematically improve renewal success rates • Identify friction and drop-off in the payment journey and flag findings to Product and Engineering • Build and maintain a live payments KPI dashboard covering auth rates, decline breakdowns, cost per transaction, chargeback ratios, and retry uplift

• Oversee and audit benefits transactions (enrollments, life events, terminations) processed through Workday. • Assist in the administration of employee benefit programs such as medical, dental, vision life insurance, disability, voluntary benefits, and wellness initiatives. • Own monthly carrier billing reconciliation and payment, including discrepancy identification and resolution. • Build and maintain benefits reporting. • Partner with HRIS to validate benefit system configuration and troubleshoot problems, within the Workday platform. • Partner closely with Human Resources to ensure consistent administration and application of benefits processes across all locations. • Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure accurate communication, reporting and resolution of employee benefits matters. • Support open enrollment execution, including system validation and reporting. • Serve as the day-to-day primary contact for carriers including COBRA vendors. • Respond to employee questions regarding benefit plans, eligibility, and claims. • Partner with Human Resources Business Partners to support benefits processes across locations. • Ensure consistent administration of the benefits program across multi-state and Bahamas population. • Ensure operational compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA requirements. • Audit and validate eligibility and enrollment data used for ACA reporting. • Oversee COBRA administration accuracy, including qualifying event tracking and notice timelines. • Support the Form 5500 data preparation and audit requests as applicable. • Maintain documentation and audit trails for all benefits processes. • Monitor multi-state compliance requirements and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Role Octus is seeking a financial credit analyst for our Pakistan office support the build-out of our financial data offering. As an individual contributor on a growing team, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing fundamental investment data, including financial statements and legal documentation, for public and private companies across Europe and the US. A key focus of this role is supporting Octus’s ESMA Credit-Level Reporting workflows, where you will apply structured analytical frameworks to extract, interpret, and classify financial and legal data from credit information memoranda, offering memoranda, trustee reports, and related documentation. Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in credit or financial statement analysis, either within a bank, asset manager, auditor or financial data provider. - University degree in Accounting, Economics or - Hands-on experience analyzing financial statements under IFRS and/or US GAAP, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements. - Excellent oral and written communication - Familiarity with structured credit products, leveraged loans, or high-yield instruments is a plus. - Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own workload and deliver against tight deadlines with minimal supervision. - Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills including the tenacity to resolve issues which may be complex or ambiguous. - Keen attention to detail, particularly in handling and classifying financial and legal data accurately. - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. - Strong PC skills, particularly Microsoft Excel; experience with AI-assisted workflows is a plus. - Comfortable operating across time zones when collaborating with stakeholders in Europe and the US. - Ability to work under tight deadlines with challenging clients.
