• Developing an in-depth knowledge of the software with primary focus in the application or area of his or her assigned support area. • Responsible for troubleshooting reported issues within the software and analyzing the root cause to determine resolution. • Responsible for design, build, test, validation and support of the software on an ongoing basis. • Communicates effectively to end users and leadership regarding build changes and project plans. • Assists end-users on proper use of the application. • Implements approved changes based on customer-designated priorities. • Manages assigned RFCs with minimal assistance and follows defined processes and deadlines. • Executes unit and system test cases and documents testing results. • Validates build or resolution of issues with end users prior to closing request.

• Lead the review and approval of contracts with vendors, partners, and service providers, ensuring terms align with company policies and financial goals. • Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies, including audit and compliance requirements related to contracts and financial planning. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, and business operations to ensure contractual and financial compliance across global markets. • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contracting terms, financial implications, and risk mitigation strategies. • Work collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team of individuals across the business • Learn about the overall business in order to ensure development of reporting to better understand, analyze and predict financial trends • Participate fully as a member of the team to support a work environment that promotes knowledge sharing, customer service, quality, innovation, and teamwork.

• Senior Consultants help our healthcare clients transform their strategy and business processes, improve efficiency and operations, increase transparency and performance management, and comply with Federal laws and regulations. • Prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. • Mentor more junior consultants to ensure quality deliverables. • Proactively assist in delivery and management of engagement activities led by Guidehouse Engagement Leadership. • Work independently, with minimal supervision, and partner with others to develop relationships across the engagement team. • Lead one or more tasks/work streams within a client engagement, overseeing individual contributions as well as the work of other engagement staff. • Guide client and internal subject matter expert conversations towards effective outcomes. • Identify and mitigate projects risks around scope, schedule, and quality, effectively escalating to engagement leadership. • Develop strategies to solve complex clinical, technical, and operational challenges for our healthcare clients. • Actively support business development activities to help identify, research, and pursue opportunities for new or existing clients. • Contribute to development of team’s industry acumen and capabilities through contributions with clients and internal firm initiatives. • Perform technical and process analyses; data collection; spreadsheet creation and management. • Provide detailed fact finding, research, and analysis to identify and recommend enhancements to continuously improve client operations. • Assess health industry trends to inform clients on leading practices and drive continued transformation efforts. • Develop transformation strategies to inform clients’ long-range strategic planning efforts that drive integration, growth, and standardization. • Communicate solutions and new strategies to clients through reports and presentations.
